to use. I have added 1146 contacts already and the beauty is they are backed up - the system does all the hard work by allowing you to verify difficult to read
cards, add categories so I can sort my contacts in many ways, plus it ensures my business never loses valuable contacts if a disgruntled employee leaves taking

"Each week I scan about 50 cards I have collected at meetings and from counter tops. I send these new contacts a letter of introduction or an email with a special
offer. The response rate is great and the card scanner pays for itself two or three time over each month. I share the data verification job with my other team
members as the www.cardscan.net web site gives others in my office access to the data to edit. The web site then updates my local version and I am ready to email
