Are Tracking numbers available?
Yes (for Express Post shipments only). As soon as your order is shipped we will email you a message that informs you about the dispatch of your order. The email will include the tracking number which can be tracked with Australia Post. Please allow at least 6hrs from the time you receive the email from us before commencing your tracking enquiry with Australia Post.

When will my order ship?
Over 90% of orders are shipped the same day they are placed (Mon-Fri), providing they are in by 4pm (EST). If there is going to be a delay with your order, we will notify you right away. If you want to check if an item is in stock, call our Sales Team on 1300.669.477, and they will be able to tell you right away if your order will ship today.
